Spa Arrival

Your time with us is precious your services will begin exactly at your appointment time. Please take full advantage of your visit by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time so you can change, enjoy a cup of tea and relax before your treatment.

Cancellation

We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for individual services and a 48-hour cancellation notice for packages. Less notice may result in a 50% service charge. Missed appointments may be charged in full.
